  1. Maintain your computer systems to reduce the amount of down-time
    (How much production do you lose when you can’t work for an 1 Hour?)

    • Have a Disaster Recovery Plan
    • Have a spare computer set aside, with all your current software, emails, etc.

Here’s the reality. Most business owners view their computer network as an expense. They think that the costs are only what they pay to buy the hardware and what they pay their computer guy. Your computer guy should be able to add much more revenue to your business per year than what you pay them. They should be addressing all the soft costs, inefficiencies and risk mitigation solutions to put money back on your bottom line.

My job is to provide you with the tools and technology you need to run your business effectively.  You focus on selling and closing – let me deal with the backups, updates, virus infections, etc.  Your do what you do best – servicing your clients.  My job is to  your systems keep running.
